Policy
- Once your order is submitted, DGI immediately contacts your card issuer for authorization to take your payment. Shortly after you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted.
- ALL orders are custom made and will begin the creation process the same day as they are placed.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are prohibited unless you have received the incorrect item or size. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Orders cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed. Exchanges are offered only if your received order is incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
Shipping
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for your custom order to be made. Items will be shipped the next day after your order has been prepared and you will receive an email with the official tracking ID.
Sizing
- Bust - Measure across the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades.
- Waist - Measure around the slimmest part of your natural waistline (above your navel and below your ribcage).
- Hip - Measure at the widest part.
- Inside Leg - Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch down to the ankle.
